Costa Rica India Association
Costa Rica India Association (CRIA) is a Non-Profit Organization working towards bonding the two unique and beautiful cultures of Costa Rica & India. CRIA was set up in the year 2010 by a group of Indian families who wanted the Indian culture to flourish and bond together with Costa Rican culture. CRIA was officially formalized as a recognized association in the year 2015. The CRIA team consists of a team of volunteers who selflessly work towards betterment of both the communities.
The team organizes various cultural events and celebrate different Indian festivals to promote Indian culture. Our objectives are the following:
- Promote and Support Business & Trade between India and Costa Rica – We help individuals/Companies to connect with appropriate organizations in both the countries.
- Assist Indians and Costa Ricans with consular topics by working closely with Embassies.
- Promote Cultural ties between India and Costa Rica through organizing activities that mutually benefit both the communities
- Help and support fellow Indians to settle down in Costa Rica. CRIA has been organizing orientation events every year and maintaining an active WhatsApp group of all Indians staying in Costa Rica. CRIA has an excellent social media presence on Facebook and Instagram. Our events are very popular among the local population.
